Hunter Safety Class - Clare Jay’s Sporting Goods
Location: In the Outback room at Jay’s Sporting Goods Clare, MI.

Students will enter and exit through the Outback door on the side of the building.
Children should arrive at 4:30pm on Monday April 11th to complete the paper work before class. A parent or guardian must be present for them to sign up if they are under 18 years of age.
Questions and Answers:
Do we have to sign up ahead of time?
It is preferred but not necessary, the sign-up sheets are at the service desk at back right of store. Otherwise you can sign-up the first night of class. A parent or guardian must be present if the student is under 18 years of age.
Do the parents have to attend with child?
No, but they can if they would like.
Is this only for kids?
No, it is for anyone that needs hunter safety.
How old do you have to be?
Old enough to read.
Do they have to attend all days?
Yes.
What day is the test?
Friday April 15th, 2022
What if my kids might need help in reading the test?
We need to be informed ahead of time so we can have staff assist.
What do I need to bring to class?
- The book issued to you for class.
- Pencil for notes.
- Snacks and drinks if they would like.
**This year the store closes at 6pm so they will not be able to purchase snacks at break. They must buy them before class or bring your own snacks.**
