Clare Family Fitness wants to show their members and community the same support they show them. They will be having FREE classes all day, free snacks and beverages, and chair massages $1 per minute. Also, Fuel Up Nutrition will have shakes and protein waffles for sale, Mama Bear's Cabin Store will have her shampoo bars, soaps, car diffuser, etc. set up on display and for purchase. TK Health & Fitness will have 30 minutes training sessions available for $15 from 11am-5pm, so schedule ahead or walk-in.

Members can BRING A BUDDY for FREE and get your name in a raffle drawing at a chance to WIN various prizes. They will also have $5 InBody Scans available.
